an ode to Penny Scallan {Draw string bag}

On a morning late, of the swim and gym date
my Belle she came to me
"Teacher says, we're not to use grocery bags, they split Mummy, here see?"

With a frazzled huff, I mutter Teacher to stuff
my manky plastic where no one will see.
But to Belle I say
"One more day, just wait for my pay!"
Knowing drawstring coated goodness is just a click away.



To my giddy delight there are five in sight
beautiful and bright
designs for which my children fight
but not for long
as really you can go no wrong.





The Children's bags
are worth the brag
they hold all the gear
bopping up and down on their rare.
"Walk don't run!" the lifegaurd pleads
the raciest walk to put our bags safe needs





They are lined inside
and big enough to hide
towels, togs, jocks and socks down the side.




We like them alot
and almost forgot
