Today I brunched with Weza, Tall Pipi and Cassandra!
To meet Weza after all these years of internet virtual hanging was awesome.
That's why I'm here.

This morning's meet up over a LARGE flat white (ahem. Waitress issues aside) and French toast with bacon and pistachio's (came home and immediately donned my fat pants) was just the reminder I needed as to how much I used to love doing this and the like minded people I have met and loved while doing this.
After my nervous-pervis approach to meeting up with bloggers in the past this time I was fairly relaxed, on purpose, (ok, a little sweaty palmed just as I arrived) so I could just have a good time meeting her. Which I really truly did. This girl is real, wise, funny and just lovely to be around. Thanks for taking time out of your weekend to catch up Weza!
In other news..
I've had an itch to write here again but this thing called real life keeps getting in the way.
I'm aware this post may be riddled with typos as we have just got a new computer and the keyboard is flat and weird. I miss the older style click clacky keys and asked Gooseman to swap it over for me but he wont, so bare with.
I have ideas to write about, but they are not well formed.
Honestly I have found it harder to write since not having preschoolers to make fun of. My kids are like actual people now and I need to be aware of their feelings and annoying stuff like that.
Also increasingly aware of needing to write in a way that doesn't offend other bloggers.
Guh!
THAT is one which is a little hard. Everyone takes everything you write totally personally, taken out of context etc And that really just spoils the fun don't ya think?
So I'm back. Adding a disclaimer now for my tongue in cheek approach which makes me Me.
