When I finally get a moment with the added ability of concentration powers left in me I want to start a whole new fresh blog. I realise it wont be for some, your cup of tea, but I'm cool with that. I'm moving with the stage I'm at and what interests me.
I'm looking at a healthier me in the terms of physical, mental and heart (not like blocked artery heart stuff, the other). In saying that I'm also interested in foods that nourish. And the effects of what I consume on my energy levels and stress management. In short I want to start looking after me well so I can give my best to others.
I also want to take real photos again. With no other purpose than just making me happy. I tried a little of this yesterday on a day trip to Akaroa, in the rain, while being rushed along and the teeny snippet of my time doing this felt so good.
There's a few loose ties around this place, like announcing GIVEAWAY winners...
